ck pwr to fuse then blower motor and blower resister to start with. they are both under glove box area .

Try replacing the starter motor relay. In the 03 Sable it's #23 in Power Dist box under hood. About $15....OOPS...WRONG ANSWER. Just finished troubleshooting this on my 2003 Sable. Bad Blower motor, full of rusty water. Now looking to see why water is accumulating under dash. Most metal parts have surface rust. Think debris has clogged drainage. Anyone seen this problem?
