Why would you advance the timing?? Also had problem start/keep car running??

You wouldn't on a car like this. The timing is set by the factory and should not need adjustment Alex

It is impossible to advance the ignition timing on this vehicle - not sure what you mean exactly. I'd be a little skeptical about purchasing this vehicle without it first being checked out by a knowledgeable mechanic. Good luck!
