Are you wanting to replace it? If so i suggest having a repair shop do it for you! The water hose outlet can be easily damaged if not properly installed. It is at the end of the top rad. hose, three bolts holds it on the engine.
I'm working on my girlfriends 2000 sable with the dohc 3.0. I'm Looking around following all the hoses but at every end I don see anything that resembles a thermostat housing. Am I miss something? The top hose winds behind the battery and than up and it doesn't come to anything were I wo say is the thermostat housing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
