Where is the purge vale located on 1995 mercury sable 3.8 leter

If you open you hood and are standing in front of your engine look to your right (considered the left side of the car) and find the large abs control unit with all the brake lines going to it. Now look a few inches to your left and you will see the smaller solenoid with vacuum lines and or hoses going to it. Thats the purge. Alex

While you're at it - replace all the PCV valve hoses and the valve itself .. Use Motorcraft parts!
