Back door just will not open. It's stuck n will not budge however locks n unlocks fine it sounds like.

I’ll have to guess what kind of vehicle you’re having problems with as the posted vehicle (Mercury Sable) doesn’t have a “tailgate”.. Usually there is an object caught in the latch - article of clothing, etc.. Sometimes the gate can be forced open by having a helper pushing release and someone else pushing from inside with feet.
