Anytime there's an electrical failure the FIRST thing to do is *TEST* all of the fuses using a test light. IF unfamiliar with automobile repair - seek hands on help from qualified personnel.

I agree with previous responder> you really need to check for what is the power & ground to these components, there is probably a shared circuit between then that needs tested. If this is over your head, you really need to seek a professional who has the tools, knowledge & information to access for you.
