What is your question?
good day how are you hope all is well and safe. I have redone my engine and my timing have been jumping. Both cassettes are new. the timing has been done about three times with the correct tool. Each time on start up a rattle noise sounds. Please help. one camshaft from another 4.0 have been put on the right side, also one piston from another 4.0 have been replaced. I do not know if these would make a difference.
What makes this problem better or worse?
same no difference

Some aftermarket parts are very unreliable - especially these timing components.
I would never install a used camshaft nor a single piston in this engine. Just - no. Also, what was the reason to replace the camshaft and piston? The timing chain and cassette issues are well documented, but in the entire lifespan of this 4.0L SOHC engine (code E or code K) while I was at Ford dealerships from 1996 to 2015, I never once experienced the need to replace a camshaft nor a piston. It's highly abnormal. Additionally, even Ford dealerships were prohibited for making such repairs. When Ford directed a warranty procedure, they'd simply replace the engine. Period. These (and most Ford "modular") engines do not respond well to cylinder head or base engine work in a repair shops setting.
