Front drive shaft seems to be bound up. Took it out and it runs and drives like

Does vehicle have manual 4wd switch on dashboard?

All wheel drive

Are ALL FOUR TIRES exactly the same size?

Truck runs just fine until i put front drive shaft in. And yes all the tires r the same size ive had alot of 4 wheel drives and never had this kinda problem

Suspect transfer case viscous coupler is failing .. *Hands-on* testing / evaluation by qualified personnel will be required.
