the front blower motor doesnt work but the one for the back seat does

What is your question?

is there a seperate fuse and/or relay or is the blower motor bad. I have had problems before some times it worker for weeks and other times it didnt now nothing. at all. not on heat or a/c. however the rear blower motor works
