What is your question?
Purchased a 2009 Mercury Milan Premier 4-door. The factory CD player appears to have some stuck CD(s) inside unit that won't eject. CD player will make a repetitive "clicking" noise from time to time as if it were trying to eject CD(s). This transpires even when listening to the radio. Please advise how to remove "stuck" CD(s). Is there a hidden reset button? Thank you.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Consistent issue.
How long has your 2009 Mercury Milan had this problem?
Ever since CD(s) became stuck inside factory radio/CD player.

IF this is indeed the case - lodged cd(s) will have to be manually retrieved .. Recommend contacting appropriate facility for *hands-on* evaluation. Audio repair facility would be best choice. Crutchfield has excellent technical assistance (use google)
A really good local car audio repair technician -- and even some regular ambitious repair shop technicians -- can disassemble the factory audio unit to remove stuck compact discs. I know I have done it myself with success on Ford products. That said, the audio unit will need to be sent to a specialist for car audio for repairs.

Just another observation - I have found some CD’s that have been burned and *labled* by individuals can prevent proper disc ejection as the label increases the thickness of the disc.
