The cd player never was able to load a cd. When i press load it says load error

Yes you need to replace the CD player. Cost to repair would basically buy a new one anyway.

mine did the same thing. but you could hear it trying to change the cds that were stuck in there. i removed some myself, then took it to a repair center to remove the rest. they claimed it needed a new motor, and after they "fixed" the stuck cd issue, the motor no longer moved worked or made any sound. now i have to replace the entire radio. waste of 40 bucks.
