how do you repair broken pulley bolt bracket near back of motor by timing cover?

pulley came off car causing serpentine belt to come off, no p/s car overheats! bolt has broken off pulley from bracket that is near timing cover. Does motor have to be lifted or taken out of car to access this bracket?

What makes this problem better or worse?

there is no better!

long enough! cant drive car without serpentine belt!
