Had throttle position sensor changed but still hard to steer,what can I do next?

Find someone with an OBD-2 reader, it has to be a good one. Approx $300 or more for the reader. But just borrow one and go thru the menu until you see the reset for the power steering, then reset it. That should do it as far as steering goes.
