tail lights and running lights won't come on,fusses good changed light switch

Dash lights? They working? ..................spent more money on wrong parts ?

1999 mercury grand marquis question: tail lights and running lights won't come on, fuses good changed lighting module, repaired electrical wiring. module works until hit a bump then out.
