How do I unclog a condenser that may be causing my a.c. to blow hot air.

A.c. compressor turns every 3-5 seconds but not continuously. Do you think it should have be recharged before adding the Freon?

what makes you think the condenser is clogged up? might just need to check the freon level and add some.
