I replaced the battery and some electrical consumers do not work?

Paid 170.00 for new battery listed for Car. Has gas vent hookup on side and everything. Certified mechanic installed. Car cranked right up and runs fine with no diagnostic Indicators complaining on the instrument panel. Do not know what memory saver is. Found 10A Fuse under the hood for Roof light, horn, anti-theft, and trunk light was blown. Tried to replace with Key not in ignition and nothing on and blew Replacement 10A fuse immediately.
