My headlights and tail lights do not come on. Everything else works Brk lghts

TEST , or have switch tested. The 'flash-to-pass' is generally on it's own circuit in the switch assembly(from what I'm used to a, at least) so that may be why the high beams work under that condition ALWAYS worth testing the fuses!!
