after changing battery,all instruments fail to operate and radio ask for a code

look in the owners manual under instructions for changing the battery.the radio code will be on a small card in the owners manual or written in the manual or maybe stamped on a label inside the glove box.no pre-sets would have been lost if a memory saver would have been used before disconnecting the battery.
