Side Mirror Removal

What is your question?

I need to replace the seals on my two side mirrors. YouTube video's show a clip inside behind the mirror that releases the housing, however, when I do that, the mirror somewhat releases, but not all the way, it seems to be hung up somewhere else above and towards the back of the mirror. Is there another clip that needs to be released?
