1999 ML430 Cranks but won't start - 135,500 miles

Same happens to me, check the fuel pressure. On the fuel lines while its not runing and if it is not fuel pressure. I will sugest change the fuel filter/ with a pressure regulator ; located on the driver side rear wheel. By the fuel tank. Perhaps a 'full scan test' along with fuel pressure, ignition spark and compression testing will help solve the mystery. Evidently the "faulty crankshaft position sensor" wasn't the problem! .. Just saying...
