What causes auto braking on left or right turns

Thanks so much DaveJM! Yes, the initial problem was Brake Wear and Brake Wear Sensors. I had the Rear Brakes replaced, but didn't realize that the Brake Wear Sensors had to be replaced at the same time, thus the Trouble Code Light on the Dash kept reading "Brake Wear." Next, The vehicle began automatically braking whenever I attempted to move it above 9 mph, because the ABS Speed Sensors needed to be replaced as well. I had all 4 replaced, in addition to replacing the Brake Wear Sensors (right side only on this vehicle), and all Trouble Codes were cleared by the Mechanic, which remedied the issue driving forward, but then began having this scrubbing/braking when make a left or right turn (only if depressing the gas pedal in the turn. It immediately releases after the turn is complete, and everything moves smoothly. I thought that I could have possibly gotten faulty ABS Speed Sensors, but when placed on the Computer, all 4 Sensors move at the same speed, and seem to be functioning correctly. In addition, the issue DOES NOT occur while driving with the Diagnostic Trouble Code Computer attached, but returns as soon as the Computer is detached. It seems that I am so close, but cannot figure out this mystery. Any ideas or directives will be greatly appreciated.

Addendum: The automatic braking did not occur immediately after the brakes were replaced. It was about a week or so later. Also, I intended to say the "All 4 wheels move at the same rate of speed, not all 4 sensors, when viewed on the Diagnostic Computer Screen. I'm sorry for not being clear. Sensors for the wear indicators do need to be replaced, along with pads and rotors for best results. Just replace it all. But the ABS sensors should not need to be replaced due to normal maintenance of brake pad replacement, making me wonder about the quality of the parts or the workmanship. And now that you have replacement sensors, you have more variables going on here. I'd use original equipment Mercedes-Benz pads, rotors, wear sensors and put your old ABS sensors back on and see how it works if it was my car. If all parts are currently original equipment Mercedes-Benz parts, then testing needs to continue. Something isn't checking out with your story verses your concern. Good luck!

First a scan test must be preformed to locate the exact failure area - left or right.. May include test drive with scanner connected.
