May purchase car, possible fuel injection problem? Need your help!

Took out car and it sputtered (Going back & forth) two times, fine afterwards, drove for 10 minutes and was about to pull in driveway and sputtered again. Another question, when car is stationary it idles fine but once every 20 seconds it does a minor movement..slightly up and goes back down, lasts one second
