Hey guys i have a e320 2001 and the headrest on the drivers side front,is broken

how to i release the headrest to take it out,,i do not see a release button once the headrest is all the way up,,i dont see a way to release it to come all the way out,,your help would be greatly appreciated,,i cannot find anyone who can answer this,,question,,
