Right front head light is not working

What is your question?

The bulb was removed and tested and still good, but once installed in the car it doesn't work. Checked the fuses and replaced with others and back and forth and nothing. Can it be the iluminating module?

TEST circuit with VOLTMETER , and find out where the power/ground circuit is incomplete. Fuses may be fine , but if there is no power to them , it means nothing. Also , ground(s) are just as important , don't overlook that part of the circuit.
