You must be joking...3 hrs? Trained tech? If you can turn a screw you can remove a spark plug. That said, anyone who owns a Benz and DOESN'T know where the parts are DOES NOT and SHOULD NOT own a Benz.. or any other high end car for that matter. Where are the spark plugs, he asks.. yeah right.
