What is your question?
The car is not making any noises or anything. The pulley just popped off. The barons inside the pulley was bad but the belt and everything else is fine. The car cranks up and runs fine. No check engine light on or messages on the message board inside the car. No leaks either. Ordered whole ac compressor cause you cant buy pulley separately.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Dont seem to be any problems
How long has your 2007 Mercedes-Benz C230 had this problem?
A few days

If the pulley came off I assume the belt did as well? If it has a seperate belt for the ac compressor and nothing else, then you can drive. If the belt runs anything else, like the alternator you can not. Alex
Visit local auto repair facility - have mechanic take a look - usually no charge for that. â–ªï¸https://repairpal.com/repair-shopsâ–ªï¸
Its has one belt that runs around everything but the belt is still on the ac compressor. The pulley just isnt on the ac compressor. No pulley but the belt is tight and everything. I think the pulley popped out.
if the grooved clutch/pulley popped off the compressor, then how is the belt staying on?
