I have replaced the climate control switches, a/c compressor, mono valve, thermostat, I need help and or cost for repairs

coolant MUST be FULL to have heat...check it when cold..heater hoses very-very hot? or,just keep throwing parts at it.
Do you have a service manual for the car? For diagnostic info , either that or on-line source like 'www.alldatadiy.com', may be very helpful! Sometimes , instead of going directly for what is wrong/broken, we need to be able to prove what IS working properly and by doing that , it will lead us to the 'faulty component' or cause of the symptom.
Thank you for your reply, coolant level is full, heater hoses are hot as well. I have replaced everything I can think of, I guess I'll keep looking. This car is in exceptional condition except for the heating and ac.
