I have a double paned window that just mysteriosly shattered when I tried to role down the window. The strange thing is that the inside shattered & not the outside weird!!!!

Your expectations are far too low. It takes a couple of hours to change the glass plus the glass is, as you know, expensive. Count on spending over $500.00 for competent work or try your luck...
