Car won't stay running after new cat con installed
What is your question?
My car ran perfectly. I let it sit in storage for 5 years and some creeps stole my catalytic converter. The car was running fine until I had the new cat. conv. and muffler etc put on. Now it will start but won't make it 2 blocks. Seems to b starving for fuel. I replaced the fuel filter and fuel pumps but it is still doing it. Any suggestions?

It sat for 5 years? Then you started using it and it ran 'fine' for how long , before you had the exhaust work done? OR did it run fine BEFORE it sat for 5 years ?
Both. It ran fine before I parked it and after I put a new battery in it and drained all of the old gas out. I never had any problems with it. I drove it around sounding like a helicopter an it ran fine, but as soon as the converter an muffler, etc was installed, it won't make it two blocks.

Try loosening the exhaust to create a leak and reply with results from that 'test'.
