Car seems to stumble or miss between 30 & 45 mph

I use a professional scanner with misfire data selected and test drive the vehicle to see which cylinder(s) are at fault, then the repair is a lot easier! .. However that sort of thing is what I do for a living... I will say that 'most' of the time, it winds up being one or more of the ignition coils breaking down!
