my Protege wont turn over..no 12v getting to solenoid.

What is your question?

I replaced ignition switch still no 12v to solenoid...I know starter is fine i ran separate wire to solenoid from a button started right up...does manual transmission still have a neutral safety switch? and if so where is it? thanks
