hood latch wont open how to open hood

Try YouTube search - the hood latch behind front grill will have to be manually released - we can't advise how that is done - some mechanical skills and proper tools will be required.

If the hood is just tight or the latch just sticks, and the car hasn't been in any accidents and the hood cable isn't broken. Sometimes you can get a second person to push up and down on the front of the hood while you are pulling the hood release cable. If the hood pops up to the safety latch you will need to fix the problem before closing the hood again. It maybe nothing more than lubing the latch assembly and working the hood cable back and forth.
