if the water pump, front engine seals, drive belts,idlers, and tensioner along with the belt are in good shape and still good do I have to still pay to get it fixed?

you see you misunderstood the question!!!! I want to know how much does it cost to put a belt cover on? and if the water pump and everything else is good do I still have to purchase a new pump and all that to get the cover? that's what I said!!.

YES!! I misunderstood the phrasing!! You see , no you only need to pay for the cover and its' installation , the other stuff is fine(your call on that). Did I get it that time??!!??..." do I have to still pay to get it fixed?"
