My car ran perfect. I replaced the timing belt tensioner, reassembled the motor, but now it runs on 2or3 cylinders. Timing, compression, spark, fuel all correct. Everything is correct.

Why do you think these other components failed while you were working on the timing belt? .. *IF* .. "timing, compression, spark, fuel all correct " It would NOT be misfiring! .. Re-check your work starting with the spark plug wires to be SURE the *firing order* is correct .. Strongly suspect plug wires out of order! .. Google > 95 Protege firing order and have a look at the results page .. Good luck with it!
