Get an oversized plug for replacement or go to a shop that can advise on repair.

If the pan could be saved would depend on condition of threads. If plug is stripped, a plug replacement would be all thats needed. An oversize plug may work to recut the threads, but that is seen as a temporary fix. Vehicle may need a new oil pan.
