Why won't air come thru front vents only back

Do you actually hear the FRONT 'blower motor' operating - OR - is the FRONT 'blower motor' inoperable?

Blend doors not activating. Most common cause is control head unit not responding or blend door motors stuck or not activating. Needs to have parts of dash removed for further investigation to properly quote repairs.
