What might be problem that prevents radio and CD player from turning on?

Clock and heat/AC is displayed but nothing else. Cannot turn on nor can I insert CD. Was told to check fuses but the two I believe would control above also control ie., dome light and that does work!! Help!!

most vehicles have 2 fuses for the radio,one is switched,one is hot at all times...see your owners manual for fuse location/positions. if you have no owners manual,copy and paste the link below.... https://carmanuals2.com/mazda/cx-7-2007-owner-s-manual-30141
