Idles rough,lunges at slow speeds,whistles

What is your question?

Idleing or slow speeds,whistles in between shifting n stops when you press on gas pedal

What makes this problem better or worse?

Runs fine when driving,except very slow speeds.that's when it lunges n whistles

How long has your 2001 Mazda B4000 had this problem?
