At 94k, told I need new steering pump and oil pan gasket. Sound reasonable? $$$

I believe I would wait until I saw evidence of leakage FIRST! .. Oil or fluid on ground where truck had been parked and at least a noticeable or detectable deficit in fluid//oil levels with regular checks ..... Now that is .. > IF it were me! .. ANY descent vehicle should easily go over 100k miles without doing anything to it except routine service//maintenance!
