1997 Mazda B4000, fuse 17 is good but no power to cigarette lighter. What now?

Gee, I should have thought of that, seriously! I was so focused on under-dash wiring (I had, indeed tested all of the fuses in the fuse panel located on the left side of the dash) that I had forgotten all about the fuse box in the engine compartment - Doh! Replaced a 30A fuse and all is well in 'truckdom'. I had not recognized it on the fuse box data, the protected circuit is called "Power Point" and I hadn't realized that this fed the 12v accessory outlets (I forgive me, I'm old).
