Will the engine start and run?

Yes, I have no issues except this light, need it for North Carolina inspection. I did have 5 fuses with no power, numbers 4,7,8,24,28. Pulled fuse and no power on plug either

Then relays are working! .. You need a wiring schematic of the check engine light circuit .. That circuit is open > SOMEWHERE!

Where do I find that

Find a shop that 'might' look it up for you on Alldata .. Now for a fee, 'you' can get it from alldatadiy.com .. That will include all the diagnostic & repair information that you will ever need! .. I don't know your skill level but I think you would certainly benefit from the subscription.. I hope you have good luck with it!
