What is this noise?

Little more details needed .. Noise only while vehicle is in motion? .. Hear noise with key on - engine off? By “rear end” are you referring to the rear end of the ‘vehicle’ in general? Typically when someone states ‘rear end noise’ - they are referring to the rear differential.
