Antifreeze from exhaust... Blown head gasket... Remove spark plugs.. Have helper crank engine while you watch from FRONT of truck... Antifreeze spray out from any of the spark plug holes?
For testing ... fill radiator with antifreeze (don't use plain water!) let is sit for a hour and test as suggested...
