replaced check engine still not turning on

The owners manual is very helpful for fuse location and function ... Full index is in back of book .. See > FUSES. Fuse *may be* also be same one for the cigarette lighter//power socket. The best way to ‘prove’ it’s not a fuse is by TESTING every one of em you can find .. A 12 volt test light makes this task quick and easy!
