Need to replace the windshield washer reservoir but the air filter housing is in the way. I don't see an obvious way to remove it.

Some *air clearer* assemblies are held in place with rubber grommets .. Simply pull straight up on the bottom housing. IF you remove the air filter - you should be able to see what is holding it in place.
