What is your question?
seems like the fuel cut off switch is not resetting

if the inertia switch is tripped(button is up) and does not reset (click) when the button is pushed down, then it's probably bad which is rare! why did it trip, accident, hit a curb,or got bumped?
How can you be sure it's not getting fuel? .. What testing has been done?
If it is truly not getting fuel to the engine and the inertia switch is ok you can try smacking the fuel cell hard a few times, if this works then your fuel pump is failing. if it doesnt work, you need to verify if fuel is getting to the engine fuel rail. this will tell you if the problem is the fuel delivery system or possibly the computer is not turning on the injectors. Add a fuel substitute to the intake and see if the engine fires up. That will tell you the rest of the systems are working.
