Back firing

What is your question?

I put new plugs new wires new power packs.new fuel filter.new fuel pressure regulator.i just dont know what it could be...when I give it gas it back fires and wants to stall.please help

Make sure plug wires aren't crossed now! This one got the 8 spark plug ignition system? "New power packs" .. You mean both ignition coils?

I would suspect a faulty ignition cool, or possibly jumped timing belt
