have a problem with winshield wiper motor not working is there a relay somewhere

on this this 94 vehcle there is two acess panals on the fire wall. i did get to change out the motor,but the wipers still dont work.could be the switch? how can i hook up the wiring to the battery and a new switch ?theres 4 wires red black blue white which ones would go together to pos and neg?
