Brake stopped working 1994 mazda b2300

What is your question?

My brakes just all of a sudden stopped working. And I've even bled them. Made sure it was full of brake fluid. I've made sure the brake pads were good. And sometimes I can pump it to stop and then it won't stop at all.

What makes this problem better or worse?
