What is your question?
Engine light is on and has a - PO400 'A' Flow - code. Already changed EGR valve, solenoids and hose within the last month. Many times when pushing on the gas the car remains in a slow pace then slowly picks up in speed with a jerking motion. The mechanic who wants to take a look said that he don't really know about Mazda cars that well. How can I let him look if his knowledge is lacking.

Get a shop that has a competent mechanic with a good scanner---that they know how to USE , not just stare at! MAP sensor value will help determine a clogged exhaust. Of coarse so would a good vacuum gauge and knowledge of how to read that , too. Several other ways to rule out clogged exhaust .
Torque convertor is bad. Which is the same for me in my mazda. Cost is $1300. Let me know what you found.
Tks much...not to sound ungrateful but the 'several other ways' is what i'd like to know more of please.
'Create' a leak in front of the converter (loosen a flange or remove an O2 sensor) , then test drive.Post the results.
